I’m sure many of you know by now is, we’ve been trying to test as many Indie Games as we can in order to help promote these Indie Dev’s games through our channels. We decided to do our latest blog post on Rim World.

Thoughts

The amount of content in this game is unbelievable which is why I think it’s so successful. There is literally so much you can do to keep you entertained. In the beginning you decide how many people you want to start with, you then choose what kind of stats (Pay attention to the stats, each one matter. It gives each individual their own speciality to help grow your civilization) these people are going to have and then you pick your starting point, BAM!!! Just like that you start the game.

The game ends up supplying you with some basic supplies to get you going, highly suggest doing the tutorial before playing, to be honest Rim World’s controls and concept of the game is pretty difficult to pick up but that’s what makes it so good… everyone loves a challenge. The goal of the game is to obvioiusly survive but to also build up a new civilization. Your villagers have to build walls/structures, plant food, hunt for food, research ways to advance your colony, defend from illness, defend from enemies, etc.

“Rim World has a lot going which makes it really fun you never really feel like you’re just sitting there.”

We’re giving this game a 9.5/10, overall GREAT game and we highly suggest purchasing it on Steam.

Thank you so much for all of the support and I hope you enjoy this review.
